The Limits of Tax Compliance

This post was written during a time when I was working and withholding taxes; my current situation is ironic and deep for taxpayers - they end up funding the repercussions of governmental legal hatred. Boring details found here.

Most Americans may think a tax protest "isn't the way to go" in the Q Equality Movement. They may think my own personal protest it's about me trying to build up this "Great Resistance" and establish a "United Front"... which could possibly have an impact, if only there weren't so many of us who are used to society's iniquities and being "crumbs":

“You may say you don't hate us, but the people you vote for do, so what's the difference? Our own country's democratic process declares us to be unequal. Which means, in a democracy, that our enemy is you. You treat us like crumbs. You hate us. And sadly, we let you.”

Well, my protest ain't about any unified front for Q Equality...honestly...the past 7 years have created more dire concerns constitutionally.

I refuse to file my income taxes because

I can no longer voluntarily submit to this

Social, Legal, and Financial Injustice;

I can't.

It's SIMPLE MATH (and morality), America.

And there's no "in-between" with this civil rights issue:

• Exclude me, and I'll exclude my income.
• There is no yellow light....stop or go.
• Include me, and I'll include my income.

And the "fear" of the IRS has absolutely no bearing here, since I doubt they will spend the resources coming after someone like myself who makes so little taxable income, if any, and if they do, there would be a serious resistance and fight. LIVE FREE OR DIE. Histrionics? I dunno...I've been amazed how the human mind will adapt and change when presented with a survival issue.

~ episode....but replace that Het-Man with a woman, non-white, gay, transgender, lesbian, or any other "Non-White-Het-Male" and that person would be considered a "RAVING GAY ACTIVIST".

My natural narcissism as an artist has already imagined my face pic next to

"RAVING GAY ACTIVIST" in future encyclopedias.

If everytime a man went to pay his taxes the tax collector cut off one of his fingers, would that man (a relatively sane man), would he CONTINUE to go and pay? Or would he have the sense to STOP GOING altogether and save his last remaining middle finger to gesture his reaction to this criminal social iniquity? There is a limit to what any man or woman can take; when that limit is reached, one learns how to survive. And despite what I've experienced, I still have enough self-esteem and self-worth to STOP relinquishing my hard-earned money to a government whose current "civil" marriage laws deny my

Human-Family a basic Human Right.

The last month I was able to earn "hard-earned money" was October, 2008, but

I still advocate and encourage an Equality Tax Revolt until

EQUAL = EQUAL across ALL of America.

Those against the idea of an Equality Tax Revolt must have

NO PROBLEM paying equal taxes as a

SUB-American Individual or a SUB-American Family.
